Funky Android Ltd. have agreed to acquire all shares in Enterprise Data Safe Ltd., a company which develops and sells the Enterprise Password Safe. Funky Android will pay an undisclosed sum of money to acquire all shares in Enterprise Data Safe and will become the sole owner of all rights to the Enterprise Password Safe and the secure storage software on which it is based.
As part of the deal all existing agreements with Enterprise Data Safe will be transferred to Funky Android and will continue to be honoured.
The deal is expected to be completed by the end of June this year.
